Non-Registered Users
Currently certain content on the ziftpay.com web site, feature details, videos, marketing materials and API documentation are available to all users without registration. Zift LLC® does not collect any personally identifiable information from you when you visit these areas of the ziftpay.com web site.
Registered Members
In order to access some of the more specialized features of the ziftpay.com web site, such as ZPay Gateway or ZManage Portal you must be a registered ziftpay.com web site member. When you register with ziftpay.com, we collect personally identifiable information from you that may include your name, email address, city, state and zip code, as well as other information, such as your gender, age, occupation, personal interests and similar information.
In addition, when you use certain specialized features offered to registered ziftpay.com users, ziftpay.com may collect additional information about you, such as credit card information, EIN, SSN, bank account information and other personally identifiable information. For example, if you apply as a merchant to use the ZPay Gateway for merchant services you will need to provide SSN, EIN and bank account information and other information in order to process your merchant account application.

Zift LLC® may on occasion combine information we receive online with information we have obtained through third party sources to enhance our ability to fulfill those products you have registered to use. Zift LLC® allows registered users of our products and services to update their information within the system. Registered users acknowledge that by changing certain types of information within our system can interfere with funding merchant accounts for processed transaction. For example updating funding bank account information incorrectly will result in a delay of funding to your accounts until resolved.
Retention period
Personal information will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the products and services in use. Additional retention periods such as those governed by PCI are in full effect by the current PCI standard and the related internal data security retention procedures established by Zift LLC.
Use of the Services by minors
Due to the financial nature of our business, our web site is not designed to appeal to children under the age of 13. Zift LLC® does not knowingly solicit any information from children nor do we knowingly market or otherwise target the ziftpay.com web site or its products or services to children.
